Obibini To Drop Dance Video For His New Single ''KOTO''

Obibini is one of the most valued artists on my list. He has been the favorite of most artists as well and anyone that enjoys good music. He is very different from most artists because of his music contents and his style of rap. I always describe his music as 'Matured' and 'Meaningful'.

If you have ever listened to songs, you will know Obibini will be taking over from most of the top artists we have now; and that is no news at all... He released a couple of singles over the years and that has made remarkable impacts in the music scene and also he gained major air plays across Europe and ofcourse all over Ghana.

The rapper is set to release his new banger titled 'KOTO' Featuring our very own Bisa Kdei; and I just had a hint he is preparing a dance video for that song for all his fans worldwide to enjoy.

KOTO is gonna make waves once again because one thing I'm always sure of is; his flow, delivery and arrangements will be dope! ''I wonder if he ever flops on a track.'' We at LoudSoundGH support good music and we want to let you know about this Banger before it drops.

He will be 'live on your sets'... so, get ready to dance to KOTO. Release date will be announced as soon as we get further notice. Read a bit about Obibini [HERE]

Born Kwaku Boafo on October 23rd in the 1980s to an Akuapem father and a lovely Ashanti mother, OBIBINI is a Ghanaian musician known for being a very deep-thinking lyricist. His poetically-delivered songs paint an intellectual picture of him and attracts people from all walks of life, reason why many call him the Nas of Ghana music.

OBIBINI, an acronym for Obviously Black is Beautiful, Infinite and Naturally Inspiring is one with a humble beginning. He started off with his education in a government school at Accra New-Town. Adisadel College is his Alma Mater, and it was during this stage of his life that he took music seriously. In 2003, he was part of a rap group in Adisadel College called Ill Deadly Ministaz (IDM) and was known by then as Budar Blaze. Budar Blaze became a household name not only in Adisadel College but other High Schools because of his command over the songs he featured on.

Growing up, he listened to and was influenced by hip hop artistes like KRS-One, Nas, Busta Rhymes and other great superstars. That being said he loves and appreciates other genres of music.

Rapping for him, was just for fun until he completed high school and had the feeling to take ‘it’ higher. OBIBINI has worked with quite a number of great producers and artistes in Ghana. To name a few are Jay So, EL, Mobile Boys, Bisa Kdei of Azonto Ghost fame, Stranger of F.O.I and Kay Switch(D'banj's brother). He has so many songs in his archives such as "She's Like", "GH stand up", "Aunty Bella", "Ma Story", "Shining" and "Good Morning". Obibini also made an appearance on the new TV show DJ Black Cypher on Viasat 1 which featured Pappi of 5five, Pope Skinny and Cabum.

He is currently signed on to Tuntum Music where he has recorded close to 5 songs which includes his yet to be released club banger "Koto" featuring Bisa Kdei.

With hard work comes the great prize,"SUCCESS", which is what Obibini's eyes are set on.  Obibini wants to be recognized as one of the best musicians whose music will cut across to all ages and genders, and also to all the different geographical locations both local and foreign.  Through his music, he is also setting out to inspire and encourage his audience. To Obibini the future is bright as sunrise and promises to add value to the current image the Ghanaian music industry possesses. He believes his dexterity and lyrical prowess will take him that far.
