Since I watched a video of Charsay and could not believe someone could rap exactly like Sarkodie, I decided to look for this this rapper and know more about him and his career. Then I found Charsay's version of the bayla trap refix! I have contacted his management with the hope of having an interview with him. I hope the interview is approved for us talk to Charsay and know more about this rapper...

But in this refix, he made some very controversial statements but he ended it all by saying its all a joke and no one should take it personal... This dude gets me confused anytime i listen to his rap lines... Listen and tell us what you think...

Yaa Pono Caught By The Bayla Trap!

After R2Bees and Sarkodie dropped the "Bayla Trap", more artists did their own refix of that song. Some of the artists say it clearly its not a reply to R2bees and Sarkodie and they have no intentions of dissing them either. Lots of rappers did the refix, ranging from upcoming artists and a couple of top artists. The first one I heard was by Kese and Jupita... After, more of those kept coming in from all angles.

The whole Ghana took a pause for a moment when Yaa Pono dropped his version! I did write in the review when I was posting his version that; I'm not sure its linked to any artist especially Sarkodie or R2Bees. But looks like I don't have the ears to listen deeper!

First I heard rumors he did not intend to drop the track but instead, the track got leaked and he is preparing to drop the original refix a week later. So I kept my fingers crossed hoping to hear something different and probably something to clear the air.

Unfortunately, it was  the same track and there was nothing like "Original" version. I guess this track did put him in a very tight position now as our sources tells us the rapper got blacklisted in most recording studios in Tema. If this is how serious things got, then I think the game won't be fun anymore and this will sure kill the competition in the game.

I believe rappers should be able to hit on each other once in a while but not in a violent way or a way that will bring division among them. Its the beauty of the game and exhibits talents and skills. If what our sources are saying is true, then Yaa Pono is not being treated well and I must say the reaction is much tougher than I expected.

The Tema rapper just got caught in his own trap because he picked on his own people. Maybe there is a hidden beef we all don't know about. We will keep our ears on the ground and bring you more Kokonsah... LOOL!! Indeed, Trap na kyi Bayla!!

Sometimes the Bayla Trap refix gets a bit controversial... but what most of the artists say is ''Its not a reply to R2bees and Sarkodie'' And I really hope this is not a reply too... Yaa Pono dropped some strong punchlines which I know a lot of people will get try to get it connected to some artists. I love the lyrics as always and I believe this is just a song but not anything personal... Get this and judge for your self.
