UPCLOSE WITH MZ PORSCHE (@MzPorscheGH)

Guess who is on our Biography today? One of Ghana's hardest Femcee spoke to us and told us more about herself... She has made a remarkable progress since she decided to get into music and I must say she loves what she does and pushing hard to take her talent to highest level. She goes by the name Adjowa Addo-Yobo but popularly known on the Mic as Mz Porsche... 

Adjoa was born in Leeds (United Kingdom) by a Ghanaian Father and a Trinidadian Mother. She started her basic education at the Alfred Sutton School in READING (UK) then later returned to her homeland Ghana to continue with her secondary education. She was a proud  student of Labone Secondary School; and later moved to Galaxy International school. As a brilliant and dedicated student, she represented her school in an International Science Competition (INESPO) held in Amsterdam. She did not let her school down but brought home a Silver Medal. 

The Science ''Shark'' eventually got herself into the business world as she is currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration is the University Of Professional Studies. She wanted to read law and become a lawyer but chose the business path because she believes business is applied in our everyday life and that could be useful to her as an artist. 

Her early life stages started off in Leeds (UK) with her family before they moved to Ghana. Even though Adjoa wanted to be a lawyer, she discovered there are other things inside her she could actually unleash and be good at. One of those is Music. She got into music since she was in High school and started recording professionally after school. She got other money making talents like modelling which she has a lot of passion for. Her specialty is Photo Modelling and Promotional Modelling. She worked with reputable companies like Zepto, Efes Beer, Melcom and few others...


Music has always been around her since childhood. Genres like R&B, Hiphop, Jazz, and Artists like Lauryn Hill, Kanye West, Nina Simone is what she was exposed to when growing up.There was no specific track she would listen to but generally loved  everything from these artistes. ''I would say My Brother who liked hiphop music influenced me the most. I started with poetry at age 15 and I also realized I could do rap. so I started writing and raping to instrumentals of famous songs.'' she concluded.

Mz Porsche is known for her first official single ''Guinness Rice Khebab'' which was almost everywhere. Later, she dropped the video for the track and again was the talk of town! Her new one is ''Do It J3'' I must say Adjoa A.k.a. Mz Porsche is here to stay and she promised to deliver good music to all her fans. She asked her fans to keep supporting her and give her the motivation to put out her best anytime she is behind the microphone...
